Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
2 to 3 carrots, sliced
3 to 4 ribs celery (sliced in 3/4 to 1 inch thickness)
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped onion
1 (14 1/2 oz) can stewed or diced tomatoes
1/3 cup Minute Tapioca
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
