Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pound beef short ribs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled
- 4 medium carrots, pared, cubed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, optional
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
