2 cans Red beans or chili beans(undrained)
2 (1 lb.) cans diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 lbs. ground beef (browned)
2 lg. onions, coarsely chopped
Hot pepper sauce to taste(optional) 1 whole env. chili 1 to 1 1/2 envelopes seasoning (I use Williams)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/4 cup water
Put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
