Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh sauerkraut
- 2 Tablespoons caraway seeds
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1, 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 lb kielbasa (or Polish) sausage, cut into bite size pieces
Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
