Ingredients:
4 lbs. beef short ribs
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 oz. jar beef gravy
1 lb. frozen bell peppers and onions, thawed and drained
Directions:
In 3 to 4 quart crock pot, place ribs and sprinkle with pepper. Pour gravy over top. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 9 to11 hours until beef is tender. Skim fat from surface of liquid in crock pot and remove ribs. Cover to keep warm. Add bell peppers and onions to slow cooker and cover and cook on high 15 to 20 minutes until hot. Serve vegetables and sauce over ribs.
Suggestion: Serve with rice or noodles.
