
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup beef bouillon
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 cups sour cream
4 tbsp flour
Directions
1. Mix sour cream and flour together and set aside.
2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms.
Saute until onion is golden brown.
3. Place beef mixture in crock pot and stir in salt, pepper, bouillon, tomato paste and sour cream flour mixture.
4. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
5. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
