Slow Cooker Beef Tri Tip Roast

Ingredients:

3 lb tri-tip roast
5 large potatoes, diced
1 large onion, sliced
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can beef broth
2 cans water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions:

1. Place onions and potatoes on bottom of slow cooker.

2.Place roast on top of vegetables

3.Add the 2 tsp Worcestershire to one of the cans of water.

4.Add remaining ingredients to cooker.

5.Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours.
